Duke Integrative Medicine’s clinical practice is informed by ongoing research led by our world-class faculty and staff. Similarly, clinical observations inform our research questions. Our research faculty collaborates with scientists at Duke University and throughout the nation, working to transform the practice of medicine in the 21st century. We are constantly evaluating new models of care within integrative medicine, particularly leveraging the benefits of mindfulness, health coaching, massage therapy, and more. The work of our research faculty is building an evidence base to support the evolution of both our clinical practice and medical care throughout the world.
