Integrative Nutrition and Yoga for Pregnancy and Post-Partum

During and after pregnancy, a woman’s body undergoes numerous changes as she adapts to her growing baby. Integrative nutrition and targeted yoga practices will support your body during this transformative time.

This one-day workshop will introduce you to practices that can support you during and after pregnancy. As a participant in this program, you will:

  • Learn how integrative nutrition approaches can support a healthy pregnancy and lactation
  • Discuss considerations for practicing yoga during pregnancy
  • Participate in gentle guided yoga practices designed for pregnancy and post-partum
  • Sample whole foods recipes you can make at home
  • Leave with valuable take-home resources you can use right away
  • Develop your own personal self-care plan for pregnancy and post-partum
