Behavioral Sleep Therapy
This service is for those who clients with chronic insomnia. Using data collected from the participant, a licensed psychotherapist evaluates the pattern of insomnia present, makes behavioral recommendations aimed at consolidating and elongating sleep over time. These recommendations are based on the most up-to-date scientific understanding of chronic insomnia and the interplay between the sleep system and behavior.
