Duke Integrative Medicine is offering a unique opportunity for yoga teachers to earn certification as a Yoga for Seniors Instructor and as a Yoga for Seniors Therapist. This program is designed to help registered yoga instructors work safely and effectively with older adults, both in a class setting and one-on-one.

Peak Performance Golf is an innovative program that unites professional-level golf expertise with world-class therapeutic services and workshops – all of which are delivered over three days at the spectacular Duke Integrative Medicine facility and the award-winning Duke University Golf Club, both located on Duke University’s picturesque campus in Durham, North Carolina.
Our daily classes and workshops are open to the public for a nominal fee on a per class basis. These classes cover a range of activities and topics including movement (Yoga, T'ai Chi, Pilates), self-care, mindfulness, healthy cooking, and more. Enrolled members have full access to these classes, free of charge.

MBSR is a complement, not a substitute, for whatever medical treatments a person may be receiving. Participants in the MBSR Program learn to develop specific skills for paying attention and for deep relaxation, and how to apply these in daily situations.
